Short version
Nothing leaves your phone. BattLab has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no crash-reporting SDKs.
Data the app processes
To measure your battery's real capacity, BattLab reads battery information from the Android system: charge level, voltage, current, temperature, charging status and type, charge counter and cycle count (if available), plus your device's manufacturer and model name (to look up the battery's design capacity).
- Processed and stored only on your device, in the app's private storage.
- Never sent to the developer or any third party.
- Deleted with “Delete all data” in Settings, or when you uninstall the app.
Data we do not collect
- No personal information, accounts or sign-in.
- No location, contacts, photos or files.
- No analytics, advertising identifiers, crash-reporting SDKs or tracking of any kind.
- No advertising.
Network access
The app uses the internet only for Google Play services:
- Google Play Billing — the one-time “BattLab Pro” purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Google; the app never sees your payment details (Google Privacy Policy).
- In-app updates and in-app review, provided by Google Play.
Sharing
The Battery Health Certificate image is created on your device and shared only when you tap “Share” and choose where to send it.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
